Dr. Claire Chu did my cataract surgery in December '21 and January '22. She did a good job of explaining my options because I am very active. The surgery went well, and I can be squeamish. I am pleased with the results, but you need to be realistic. The variability of the human lense is far finer that any artificial lens, but it is also not cloudy.
